- ability to follow instructions carefully
- prior experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- clean floors thoroughly each night
- sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
- maintain cleanliness in front porch and common areas
- follow safety and cleanliness standards
- prepare the store for the next day’s operations
- report maintenance issues promptly
- work third shift overnight hours
