Job Duties
- clean floors and maintain spotless equipment throughout the store
- sanitize kitchen areas and ensure all food contact surfaces meet cleanliness standards
- follow all safety and cleanliness protocols rigorously
- perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the front porch and dining areas
- restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- work efficiently during overnight shifts to prepare the store for the next business day
- report maintenance issues promptly to management
