Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally (for Stock Support)
- Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
- Ability to maintain composure in a busy retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of fashion and retail merchandise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology and inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Job Duties
- Help prepare the store ahead of launch by setting up the sales floor
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and managing clothing returns
- Share information about Nordstrom gift cards, Rewards program, and upcoming events
- Maintain organized stockrooms and accurately complete inventory processes
- Keep the sales floor appealing through re-merchandising and straightening
- Receive, unload, and distribute incoming merchandise to departments
- Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards
