Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year related experience
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- able to work weekends including one day Saturday or Sunday
- proficiency in computer skills including Word and Excel
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment
- positive, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented attitude
- knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- extroverted and self motivated
- able to follow oral and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design
- possess working knowledge of dotFIT program and software
- able to adjust and operate all fitness equipment
- knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures including emergency and safety procedures
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- strong customer service focus
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- clear and concise communicator
- strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- experience operating office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax and photocopiers
- computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel
- ability to work and execute successful weekends
- extroverted, self motivated, customer service minded
- current CPR/AED certification (recommended)
- certification recognized by UFC Gym or Pro-Am fight background (recommended)
- high school diploma or GED
- 4-year degree in related field preferred
- current DotFIT certification preferred
- minimum 1 year related experience
Job Duties
- Sell and conduct private and small group training with members
- assist members and encourage member involvement in private training
- ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs
- arrive on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments
- assist in all revenue generating activities including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops
- sell training sessions, execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours and complete sales through Turn-Over process when needed
- achieve personal monthly revenue objectives related to private coaching and supplements
- perform Starter Sessions and prospecting activities
- focus on changing lives through service, science and sales
- be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy
- bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life
- conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions
- maintain organization and neat presentation of fitness floor and training spaces
