Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- minimum of 3 years' hotel operations and leadership experience
- demonstrated financial acumen with significant profit and loss responsibility
- computer literacy with ability to navigate database, browser, email, document and spreadsheet programs
- exceptional service orientation
- reliable and responsible with strong follow up and attention to detail
- proven leadership skills supporting employees to meet personal and department goals
- proactive approach with strong problem solving abilities
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- experience with major hospitality brands preferred
Job Qualifications

- proactive problem solving and initiative
- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- experience with major hospitality brands such as Wyndham, Marriott, Choice, Hilton, Starwood
Job Duties
- communicate, promote and model Avantic's support culture and values
- provide leadership and direction to department heads and front line staff
- manage the financial performance of the hotel through effective control of expenses and through the development, analysis and implementation of budgets, sales plans and forecasts
- ensure adherence to company and brand standards, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- identify and respond to guest feedback and facilitate prompt and effective resolution to guest concerns and complaints
- actively participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching and employee relations processes to ensure quality, continuous improvement and positive team morale
- accomplish people support strategies by determining accountabilities, enforcing policies and procedures and requirements, communicating Avantic's programs and appraising and reviewing performance and compensation practices
