Job Duties
- greet and provide a welcoming presence at the Memory Care reception
- assist residents with personal care needs as a Personal Care Aide
- encourage resident participation in daily activities
- communicate effectively with residents and their families
- adapt care approaches to fit individual resident needs
- maintain responsiveness and attentiveness throughout the shift
- support daily activities of living for memory care residents
