Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years of related professional experience in a medical office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in the use of an electronic medical record system
  • Strong technical expertise using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Maintain confidentiality of patients and their records and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
