Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Ability to work in a controlled, classified environment
  • Must comply with regulatory and safety standards
  • Able to work Wednesday through Saturday shift from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Summit, NJ
  • Ability to handle blood-derived components
  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • Manufacturing or operations experience as required by educational background

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with no prior manufacturing or operations experience
  • or associate/medical technical degree and 1-2 years of manufacturing or operations experience
  • or high school diploma/GED and 3-4 years of manufacturing or operations experience
  • Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • General understanding of cGMPs
  • Technical writing capability
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Inventory control and/or management experience
  • Background in biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices

Job Duties

  • Performs inventory control such as cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping
  • Manages material expiry, allocation, and maintains material condition requirements
  • Quantifies and maintains materials in production dispensary
  • Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics
  • Records material handling data and information following proper Good Documentation Practices
  • Works in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete warehousing tasks as per shift schedule
  • Able to work in an environment with blood derived components
