Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months of warehouse work or related experience
- Experience using Motorola RF with TelenetCE Scanner Software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction)
- Experience in using an RF scanner with SAP software
- Capable of lifting at least sixty pounds
- Required to stand and walk 90 percent of the workday
- Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications (forklift)
- Required to wear steel toe boots and safety glasses
- Follow all Phoenix Manufacturing and Distribution outlined standards and plant rules

- Maintain a safe working environment, assuring compliance with all safety requirements and acting as a positive influence on the warehouse floor for other personnel

- Actively participates in continuous improvement team activities, striving to meet and exceed operational goals for cost, quality, and throughput
- Be able to work in a structured environment, follow procedures and processes while continually moving at a heightened pace
- Handlers are held responsible for pick and replenish accuracy
- Required to maintain good standings regarding attendance and tardiness
