Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or similar environment
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to follow SOP and quality system requirements
Job Qualifications
- Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail and documentation
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, quality control, and shipping
- Functional knowledge of international shipping and inventory control
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Experience with MRP software such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and LEAN manufacturing environments
- Training in CAPA, HAZMAT, chemical hazards, forklift operation, and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Preparation of finished goods for QC and shipment according to SOP
- Packing, shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory of products and raw materials
- Processing purchase orders and maintaining stock supplies and raw materials
- Assisting with QA assessments and discrepancy reports related to material handling
- Maintaining a well-organized work environment using 5S principles
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Communicating efficiently and clearly with colleagues across the organization
- Resolving transportation carrier and internal colleague issues
- Maintaining and improving quality systems and achieving quality objectives
