Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related functional area
- Ability to operate forklifts and other mobile equipment
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to wear required PPE including full Tyvek and hazmat suits
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality and safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and walkies
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Safety-conscious attitude
- Working-level knowledge of English including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to create reports using MS Office applications
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, automation, or assembly environments
- Knowledge of oil and chemical labeling and storage requirements
- Ability to positively contribute to team environments
- Capacity to make business-minded decisions independently

Job Duties
- Deliver materials to the production floor
- Analyze and estimate workload based on order sheets
- Perform daily checks on delivered raw materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment including cleaning and fluid checks
- Conduct quality checks using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, rulers, and digital voltmeters
- Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and walkies
- Unload materials from delivery trucks
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety compliance
- Prepare documentation for material receipts and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Support process compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
- Train others within the functional area
- Adhere to personal protective equipment requirements
- Make safe business decisions in the absence of supervision
