Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide
  • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
  • Ability to lift maximum 40 pounds
  • Forklift certification required (will go through Arrow certification process as needed)
  • Work overtime as required

Job Duties

  • Review assembly specification
  • Handle all assembly parts and put in proper labeled location
  • Observe flow of incoming material to detect any quality issues
  • Follow 5S by maintaining housekeeping, sweeping and keeping work area clean of debris
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all parts are on the lines on time
  • Follow all general safety regulations and use provided safety equipment as required
  • Complete inventory once a month or as needed
  • Report all shortages of parts to supervisor
