Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in proposal production, marketing, graphic design, or communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime and independently
- Commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned culture
- Previous experience in the AEC industry preferred
- Preference for local candidates
