Manager, Food & Beverage (Restaurant Manager)

Great Wolf is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations in multiple F&B areas within the lodge environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff engagement, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities include upholding brand standards in food safety/sanitation, cleanliness, staff scheduling & preparedness, training, inventory, and guest service/presentation. The Manager collaborates with other F&B Managers in managing restaurants, bars, quick-serve outlets, and banquets at the lodge.
