Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
  • Experience supervising and training staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to operate computerized POS/cash register
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, walk throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally

  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
  • Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
  • Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
  • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
  • Planning special events and promotions
