Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing hosts
  • Experience in a full service dining environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience for hosts
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in full service dining
  • Strong multitasking and managerial abilities
  • Demonstrated diligent work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Professional and clean appearance
  • Ability to anticipate needs of guests and team
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine is a plus
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Manage and train host stand staff
  • Oversee smooth flow and operation of special event VIP bookings
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Executive Chef on special event planning
  • Lead and conduct pre-shift meetings
  • Understand labor and scheduling requirements
  • Establish a consistent floor presence working 7-8 core hours per shift
  • Assist in operational tasks during emergencies such as making drinks, running food, and operating POS system
