Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- capable of working in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- must be available to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
- self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
- ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- clean and maintain all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- clean and maintain wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas including restocking of supplies
- dust all wood and fixtures
- polish all brass plates, rails and hardware
- clean and maintain all ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- clean and maintain all mats
- empty trash and clean and maintain trash cans
- clean and maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required
