Job Duties
- Complete work orders on a daily and timely basis
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly to solve issues and minimize disruptions
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Maintain mechanical areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and infrastructure in safe and clean condition
- Ensure efficient and high-standard completion of maintenance work
- Contribute to exceptional customer service by supporting hotel operations
