Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work shifts starting between 4:30 AM and 6:00 AM
- Capable of working 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
- Ability to comply with safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic math skills for batch sheets, bake sheets, weight sheets, production worksheets, HACCP compliance forms, and other necessary documents
- Ability to communicate and take direction from line lead and/or production supervisor
Job Duties
- Completes pre-op inspection of area
- Prepares and sets up area each day
- Receives and checks ingredients for accuracy
- Scales up ingredients
- Mixes according to specifications
- Determines end-of-run needs
- Responsible for compliance with specifications
- Gives limited work direction to fellow dough mixing associates
- Responsible for documentation and record keeping for area including lot tracking, waste, quality checks and standards
- Rheon, proof, oven back-up
- Other duties as needed by line
- Reports to line lead and/or shift supervisor
- Assist with training of employees
- Responsible for working safely at all times
