Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one year related experience
- Three years related air export experience and/or training
- Good written and oral communication skills
- One to two years of Cargo Wise experience

Job Duties
- Negotiate with domestic and foreign customers to resolve shipment issues and arrive at mutual agreements
- Open files on dedicated software systems for each shipment
- Examine invoices and shipping manifests for compliance with tariff and customs regulations
- Contact customs officials to facilitate the release of incoming freight and resolve customs delays
- Receive freight, documentation, and way billing, assess charges, and collect fees for shipments
