Job Requirements

Job Duties
- participate in six months of intensive training on freight brokerage and sales techniques
- research and identify new customer opportunities across the US, Canada, and Mexico
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure timely and accurate freight pickup and delivery
- develop and maintain a loyal customer base
- work closely with dedicated trainers for continuous support and development
- manage freight brokerage operations to meet customer expectations
- meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management
