Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- must attend orientation and agree to company policies
- must complete all required training, including food and/or alcohol service certifications prior to unsupervised work
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, use hands and fingers
- ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds
- must maintain grooming standards including clean shaved or maintained facial hair
- no jewelry allowed
- must adhere to uniform and sanitation standards
