Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • must attend orientation and agree to company policies
  • must complete all required training, including food and/or alcohol service certifications prior to unsupervised work
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, use hands and fingers
  • ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds
  • must maintain grooming standards including clean shaved or maintained facial hair
  • no jewelry allowed
  • must adhere to uniform and sanitation standards
