Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • attendance and successful completion of HOH training program
  • completion of required food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, lift up to 15 pounds
  • adherence to uniform standards including proper grooming and clothing
  • willingness to work in environments exposed to kitchen fumes, wet or humid conditions, and occasional exposure to chemicals and smoke

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • complete HOH training program prior to working without supervision
  • complete required food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to apply common sense and understand simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
