Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible schedules including night shifts
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must obtain NATA Line Service training certification
- Must obtain motor vehicle operating permit within 30-60 days
- Must acquire Airport ID badge within 30 days of employment
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Two years related experience as a line service technician or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of refueling procedures of general and corporate aviation aircraft
- Knowledge of towing procedures and techniques
- Safety focused with a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Results driven with high personal accountability
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Capability to perform duties in the absence of a supervisor
- Pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver excellent customer experiences

Job Duties
- Responsible for refueling and defueling all types of aircrafts on a daily basis demonstrating knowledge of specific fueling requirements
- Provides towing and disconnecting services for all types of aircraft
- Executes hand signals to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures
- Operates ground support equipment such as GPU, lavatory carts and manages emptying procedures
- Communicates efficiently with employees and crew using radios to ensure excellent customer service
- Assists in providing aircraft with ice, coffee, catering and other necessary services
- Transports customers and pilots to and from aircraft, hotels, restaurants and other airport locations using courtesy van or bus
- Assists with aircraft and hangar cleaning
- Conducts general groundskeeping including grass cutting, weeding, and general housekeeping
- Performs other duties as assigned
