Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license and strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
  • Ability to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
  • Strong eye for quality and natural customer service focus
  • Ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
  • Pride in doing things right and enjoyment of working outdoors
  • Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
  • Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • Handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • Providing porter services such as delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
  • Assisting with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
  • Operating ground support equipment including GPU, water, lavatory services with care and precision
  • Keeping facilities stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
  • Actively participating in safety and quality programs
  • Reporting hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to ensure smooth and safe operations
