Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license and strong sense of responsibility
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic
- Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
- Strong eye for quality and natural customer service focus
- Ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
- Pride in doing things right and enjoyment of working outdoors
- Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- Handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- Providing porter services such as delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- Assisting with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
- Operating ground support equipment including GPU, water, lavatory services with care and precision
- Keeping facilities stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
- Actively participating in safety and quality programs
- Reporting hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to ensure smooth and safe operations
