Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cargo handling or logistics preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be safety conscious and detail oriented
Job Qualifications

- Strong background in cargo handling or logistics
- Mathematical aptitude for weight and balance calculations
- Ability to operate forklifts and ground loading equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical fitness to handle demanding manual labor
- Capability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Calculate weight and balance for aircraft load plans
- Load, secure, and document cargo according to FAA and company policies
- Operate ground equipment including forklifts and loaders
- Fly as a required crew member managing cargo hold safety during flight
- Supervise loading and unloading operations in remote locations
- Complete final paperwork and sign off on weight and balance for each flight
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle hazardous materials appropriately
