Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- flexible availability to work overnight shifts
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong attention to detail
- dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned areas including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas
- ensure the store environment is safe and hygienic
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- support the team by assisting in other cleaning tasks as needed
- operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- contribute to a positive customer experience through cleanliness
