Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- at least 6 months experience
- ability to read, analyze, and write
- ability to effectively follow orders and respond to questions from management
- must be able to occasionally reach, lift, or move up to 50 pounds
- must be able to crouch or crawl under a 48 inch high shelf
- ability to ascend and descend a 14 inch step
- must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons
- regularly works in an indoor office environment
- frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk
- must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required
- must have the ability to read and discern visual images with 20/20 corrected vision
- must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones
- must be in sound physical health with no evidence of controlled substance use as determined by a certified licensed physician

Job Duties
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- gather and empty trash
- service, clean, and supply restrooms
- clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
