Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work mid-shift and closing hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to work part-time
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the entire store, including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces
- Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with setup and breakdown of store events or displays as required
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
