Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work full-time overnight shifts
- pass background check and drug screening
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- willing to adhere to Walmart policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience a plus
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of the store premises including parking lots and restrooms
- ensure safety standards are met in all areas
- perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- assist with setup and organization of stockrooms and receiving areas
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- contribute to a positive customer experience through excellent service
- adhere to company policies and safety protocols
