Job Requirements
- Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- available to work part-time with flexible schedule including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving furniture
- knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
- adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including lifting and moving furniture
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- effective communication skills
- commitment to teamwork and professionalism
- ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
- dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures
- moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement
- cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment
- sanitizes all surfaces and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure
- washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean and safe environment
- seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete the task
- completes all tasks assigned by supervisor
- performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines
- strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors
- shampoos carpet
- contributes to the team and exhibits professionalism with customers and colleagues
- performs other duties as assigned
