Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work nights and close doors at the end of the shift
- Ability to follow safety and precaution rules
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleaning logs and report unsafe conditions

Job Duties
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas
- Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture
- Keep furniture, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings free of dust
- Empty trash cans and ashtrays while cleaning them
- Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones
- Clean and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies as required
