Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in door frame hardware industry
  • minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
  • reliable and organized
  • detail oriented and able to manage complex inventory tasks
  • self motivated and problem solving
  • understanding of software data flows and ConnectWise purchasing system

  • ability to understand software data flow and ConnectWise purchasing system

Job Duties

  • Analyze new projects set up to correct product codes
  • maintain product ID database for inventory items
  • maintain product ID database for non-inventory items including software and licensing
  • work with SEs to maintain proper non inventory status on all electronic delivery items including new product ID set up for new manufacturers
  • liaison with inside sales on product ID for quoting
  • run daily inventory reports and reconcile with accounting
  • oversee all cycle counting
  • track down errors in product inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • create and monitor all inventory adjustments
  • maintain true inventory open purchases vs project specific inventory
  • help create true inventory purchasing system for Service department
  • run inventory reports for financial team
  • review service tickets for proper inventory charges to customer
  • any other duties as assigned
