Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous relevant experience preferred
- one year supervisory experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- well organized and strong problem solving skills
- bilingual highly desirable

Job Duties
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all public and internal work spaces
- ensure the cleanliness of all public areas and that all work is done properly, safely, and in accordance with the established quality standards
- perform daily area and equipment inspections and complete, for submission, inspection forms to improve the quality control of the service standards
- apprise Internal Maintenance Manager of any equipment repairs and coordinate pick-up and/or delivery of all equipment
- complete daily work schedules as well as log daily special projects, completed or not, which improve property appearance and provide a clean safe environment for the guest and staff
- maintain adequate shift coverage by scheduling employees for shifts
- administer direction and supervision to staff as needed
- assist with administering disciplinary action, as required
- ensure employees are trained in Company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training
- perform other related duties as assigned
