Job Requirements

18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
eligible to work in the United States
consistent access to a vehicle
possess a recent smartphone
able to provide proof of eligibility to work
valid driver's license
physically able to perform shopping and delivery tasks

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
strong communication skills
ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
reliable transportation and valid driver's license
ability to lift and carry grocery bags

Job Duties

receive and accept grocery orders via the Shopper app
shop for items accurately and efficiently from local stores
deliver groceries safely and promptly to customers' doors
communicate effectively with customers regarding substitutions and order updates
manage delivery schedules to optimize routes and time
maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each order
adhere to Instacart's policies and operational guidelines
