Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- Availability to accept batches subject to area availability
- Willingness to comply with Independent Contractor Agreement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to use a smartphone and apps proficiently
- Basic knowledge of local stores and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app to shop from local stores
- Select and purchase items accurately according to customer requests
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' doors
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to complete batches within designated timeframes
- Maintain quality control by inspecting products before delivery
- Utilize the Instacart app for order tracking and delivery confirmation
