Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass all pre-employment testing including drug testing and physical examination
- Must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods at ticket counters and gate check-in areas
- Will be exposed to respiratory irritants such as jet fumes
- Must pass FBI criminal background check and obtain customs seal
- Must successfully complete initial new hire classroom and on-the-job training
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge of computer software programs
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing

- Successful completion of new hire training
Job Duties
- Oversee gate and counter operations to ensure a smooth passenger experience
- Lift and move customer luggage, including heavy pieces
- Ensure accuracy of weight and balance requirements for baggage
- Handle customer service complaints promptly and professionally
- Complete all check-in procedures including reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, announcements, and documentation checks
- Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors
- Operate jet ways and manage aircraft door operations safely
- Train new passenger service associates
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and statutory regulations
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
