Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in ocean or air import/export operations
  • Knowledge of AES, ISF, AMS, HTS, and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in ocean and/or air import/export operations
  • Familiarity with AES, ISF, AMS, HTS, and Incoterms
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, FMC, and IATA/DG rules
  • Strong skills in communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CargoWise or similar logistics platform preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate ocean and air import/export shipments end-to-end
  • Handle booking arrangements with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors
  • Ensure timely and compliant preparation of shipping and customs documentation
  • Monitor inbound/outbound freight status
  • provide real-time shipment updates
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams for last-mile execution
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and schedules in TMS/WMS
