Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in ocean or air import/export operations
- Knowledge of AES, ISF, AMS, HTS, and Incoterms
- Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics software preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in ocean and/or air import/export operations
- Familiarity with AES, ISF, AMS, HTS, and Incoterms
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, FMC, and IATA/DG rules
- Strong skills in communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CargoWise or similar logistics platform preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate ocean and air import/export shipments end-to-end
- Handle booking arrangements with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors
- Ensure timely and compliant preparation of shipping and customs documentation
- Monitor inbound/outbound freight status
- provide real-time shipment updates
- Liaise with customs brokers to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams for last-mile execution
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and schedules in TMS/WMS
