Starting pay ranges from $17 to $18 an hour depending on experience, with weekend work required. IHOP offers a range of benefits including paid vacation, health, dental, and vision insurance, free shift meals, family discounts, comprehensive on the job training, and an extensive discount program that covers travel, gyms, cell phones, restaurants, auto purchases, apparel, and electronics.
