Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move furniture when required
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Ability to implement and document preventative maintenance programs
Job Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical duties including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Maintain the inside of the building including carpet and furniture cleaning
- Clean windows and remove trash from common areas
- Perform upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
- Maintain the grounds including outside building repair and lawn maintenance
- Remove garbage from the premises
- Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out
- Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment
