Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move furniture when required
  • Ability to perform assigned housekeeping and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to implement and document preventative maintenance programs

Job Qualifications

  • One year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physical duties including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain the inside of the building including carpet and furniture cleaning
  • Clean windows and remove trash from common areas
  • Perform upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
  • Maintain the grounds including outside building repair and lawn maintenance
  • Remove garbage from the premises
  • Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out
  • Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment
