Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and good appearance of all hotel areas including guest rooms and public spaces
- respond promptly to guest requests and needs
- replenish cleaning carts and supplies to ensure readiness
- follow company guidelines and safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- uphold confidentiality and professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct
- perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- support other reasonable tasks as requested to ensure smooth hotel operations
