- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, and lifting
- availability to work flexible hours
- willingness to assist with light outdoor tasks for additional compensation

Job Duties
- perform interior cleaning and housekeeping tasks within apartment communities
- maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, and common areas
- assist with light outdoor upkeep including weed control and landscaping (optional for additional pay)
- ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety standards
- report any maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to property management
- use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
