Concord Hospitality is currently seeking Housekeepers to join their dedicated team. In this position, Housekeepers will be expected to keep their linen carts neat, well stocked, and organized, ensuring they have all necessary supplies to perform their duties effectively throughout their shift. They will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems, helping maintain the property in optimal condition and ensuring guest comfort. Maintaining security of all equipment, keys, and cleaning supplies issued is a critical responsibility to ensure safety and accountability.

Housekeepers will interact with guests, responding to their requests courteously and promptly to enhance the guest experience further. This role requires not only physical diligence but also a customer-service-oriented mindset.
