Job Requirements

no previous cleaning experience required
requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
ability to walk and stand during entire work shift
capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
strong communication and teamwork skills
availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Qualifications

ability to follow verbal and written instructions
knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred
capability to work independently without direct supervision
positive attitude and strong customer service skills
physically able to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
high school education equivalency or higher
previous cleaning experience beneficial but not required

Job Duties

maintain guest rooms and public areas cleanliness according to company standards
vacuum, change linens, and clean bathrooms thoroughly
inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
assist guests with linens, towels, and amenities upon request
provide friendly and courteous service enhancing guest experience
ensure a positive and cooperative work environment among team members
adhere to company safety and operational procedures
