Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead, direct and manage daily hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and implementing company policies
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures
  • Manage daily quality processes including goal communication, team empowerment, service recovery, and satisfaction measurement
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Coordinate capital improvements and property improvement plans
