Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Experience with strategic planning and operational improvement
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Lead, direct and manage daily hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and implementing company policies
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
- Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures
- Manage daily quality processes including goal communication, team empowerment, service recovery, and satisfaction measurement
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Coordinate capital improvements and property improvement plans
