Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Bilingual is a plus

- Previous guest service experience preferably in a hotel or related field

Job Duties
- Manage the Hotel Host Stand and greet guests with exceptional service
- Oversee the Bakery Café, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment
- Maintain the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den for guest comfort
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Operate the hotel shuttle van to provide guest transportation
- Service meeting rooms ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Communicate effectively with guests and hotel staff to enhance the guest experience
