Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
Must be able to multi-task
Must hold a valid driver’s license
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Bilingual is a plus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous guest service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs
Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

Manage the Hotel Host Stand and greet guests with exceptional service
Oversee the Bakery Café, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment
Maintain the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den for guest comfort
Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Operate the hotel shuttle van to provide guest transportation
Service meeting rooms ensuring cleanliness and readiness
Communicate effectively with guests and hotel staff to enhance the guest experience
