Job Requirements

16 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High volume customer or guest service experience preferred
Consistency, reliability and a positive attitude
High energy showing excitement and enthusiasm
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
Values teamwork and providing the highest level of customer service
Open availability and flexibility with the ability to work any shift
Ability to continuously bend, reach, twist and use hands
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
Work quickly and efficiently
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
Maintain proper quality parameters
Effectively maintain our wait and quote times
Assist bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed by using a headset
Participate in ongoing training and development
