Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no suspensions or expirations in the last 3 years
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
Tolerance for inclement weather
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
At least 3 years continuous driver’s license experience
No major moving violations within the last 3 years
No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
Clean driving record and ability to pass a driving test
Positive teamwork mindset
Strong communication skills
Clean-cut appearance

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles
Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request
Provide directions and support to guests within the hospital premises
Float between multiple hospital locations as needed within a 15-mile radius
Anticipate guest needs to deliver superior customer service
Maintain clean and safe valet stations
Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
