Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- good interpersonal skills
- no allergies to cleaning products
- prior experience in hospitality a plus
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning duties efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of assigned hotel areas
- attend to guest needs to uphold exceptional guest service and financial success
- thoroughly sanitize specific zones including washrooms, communal spaces, workspaces, and event venues for cleanliness
- dust, shine furniture and fittings
- use a vacuum, sweep, scrub, clean carpets, wash glass panes, and maintain floors by cleaning and waxing
- welcome visitors warmly with a friendly attitude
- keep inventory and organize storage areas when required
- fulfill guest demands and aid in the upkeep of guest accommodations when required
