Job Requirements
- completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework toward a bachelor's degree
- strong academic performance
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with the ability to take initiative
- reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple sites
- this is an onsite role that requires travel within long island, queens, and brooklyn
Job Qualifications
- completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
- majors in real estate, hospitality, construction, finance, legal studies, or related fields are a plus
- strong academic performance with a preferred gpa of 3.0 or higher
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- proactive and eager to learn with the ability to take initiative
Job Duties
- spend time at active construction sites and observe project progression
- visit multiple properties to understand leasing operations and community management
- review financial data and analyze trends within the finance and accounting teams
- explore strategic management and optimization of the real estate portfolio
- assist with document review and gain exposure to real estate legal processes
- collaborate with various teams to support multifamily and mixed-use community development
- participate in mentorship sessions and industry networking opportunities
