Job Requirements

  • completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework toward a bachelor's degree
  • strong academic performance
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple sites
  • this is an onsite role that requires travel within long island, queens, and brooklyn

Job Qualifications

  • completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
  • majors in real estate, hospitality, construction, finance, legal studies, or related fields are a plus
  • strong academic performance with a preferred gpa of 3.0 or higher
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • proactive and eager to learn with the ability to take initiative

Job Duties

  • spend time at active construction sites and observe project progression
  • visit multiple properties to understand leasing operations and community management
  • review financial data and analyze trends within the finance and accounting teams
  • explore strategic management and optimization of the real estate portfolio
  • assist with document review and gain exposure to real estate legal processes
  • collaborate with various teams to support multifamily and mixed-use community development
  • participate in mentorship sessions and industry networking opportunities
